At Hyundai Sales Shop, we stand behind the quality of our professional-grade equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most items within 15 days of delivery.
Important Notice: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used. Please see our Non-Returnable Items section below for details.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact
- Item must be in resalable condition (not damaged, soiled, or altered)
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Original proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
Returns Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our UK warehouse (address provided with your RMA). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Exchanges Process
Follow the same steps as returns, clearly stating in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specifying the replacement item (subject to availability).
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: Typically appears within 24 hours
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- Our shipping error (wrong item sent)
- Defective or damaged item
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Face Shields and Eye Protection (if packaging is opened)
- Brushcutters and Accessories (if used)
- Chainsaws and Accessories (if used)
- Personal protective equipment of any kind (if packaging is opened)
