All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping (£12.95)

– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
– Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind our professional equipment and offer a 15-day return window for most items. Please review our policy carefully before initiating a return.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact
- Item must be in resalable condition (not damaged, soiled, or altered)
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Original proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, these products cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Face Shields and Eye Protection (if packaging is opened)
- Brushcutters and Accessories (if used)
- Chainsaws and Accessories (if used)
- All personal protective equipment (if packaging is opened)
Returns Process
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order using our template below.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send to our UK warehouse (address provided with your RMA). We recommend using a trackable service as you’re responsible until we receive it.
- Inspection & Processing: We’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of receipt.
Exchanges Process
Follow the same steps as returns, clearly stating in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specifying the replacement item (subject to availability).
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: Typically appears within 24 hours
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
